Our Story
At five years old, September began her journey as a musician. During her years of classical study, she realized that learning to play an instrument was not only a wonderful way to gain confidence in herself but it also instilled a work ethic that, in today's hectic world, is often difficult to find the time to develop.

Fresh out of college, September began September's School of Music. Her school believes that every child CAN learn to play the piano! Unlike other studios, her school welcomes students as young as three years old! Even from that early age, children can develop an ear for good musical sound and learn how to recreate those sounds. The idea that children are capable of learning music just as they can learn language is based on Dr. Shinichi Suzuki's Talent Education Research Institute in Japan.

September School of Music uses the concepts and material of the Suzuki method, but also pulls resources from other helpful sources as well, as no two students are alike and each needs an individualized approach to learning their instrument.
This summer, our studio is excited to present engaging camps and workshops designed for both beginners and advanced students! These programs offer a wonderful chance for students to enhance their musical skills while making new friends. While summer can sometimes lead to boredom and kids turning to screens, it can also be a time for your child to discover their true potential! The camp spans four days, each session lasting 2 hours, while the workshops are one-day events, also 2 hours long. We look forward to having you join us in this incredible opportunity!

A Meet and Greet is the perfect place to start if you have just heard about our unique approach to music lessons. If you are trying to decide if September's School of Music is the right fit for you, sign up for a totally FREE Meet and Greet! Come ready to ask any questions you might have and see for yourself what our studio can offer your child!
Our studio goes above and beyond the regular piano studio's approach to lessons. With the Total Piano Instruction Package, we offer weekly 30 minute private lessons. Also, we include
a Zoom group class every week. During the semester, each student attends two Master Classes and a semester's end Recital. Tuition for this package is $155 monthly, with no additional registration or material fees required.
This package offers the same benefits as our regular thirty minute package, but with the added bonus of weekly 45-minute lessons. This allows for more in-depth instruction, music games, and personalized attention from your teacher. We believe this package will help you achieve your musical goals faster and more effectively.
Tuition for this package is $230 monthly, with no additional registration or material fees required.
